Celina Del Felice

Dr. Celina Del Felice has a background in Political Science, Peace and Conflict Studies, with broad experience at the interface between academic and practical research. She completed her PhD in International Relations/ Development Studies at Radboud University Nijmegen, the Netherlands (2013). Prior to that, she worked for the Educating Cities/ Municipality of Rosario, Argentina (2000-2003), and the United Network of Young Peacebuilders, the Netherlands (2003-2007) on youth policy, social inclusion and peace education. Presently, she is an e-learning tutor and educator for the North-South Centre of the Council of Europe, the Network University, the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, and Swisspeace/ University of Basel. Franny Parren

Franny Parren holds an MA in International Development Studies, with a specialization in gender and women rights. Since 2004 she worked for different organisations, mainly on the issues of youth and peacebuilding (United Network of Young Peacebuilders and Women Peacemakers Program), rights-based development (EqualinRights) and sexual and reproductive health and rights (Rutgers WPF). She has broadened her expertise on informal education by following some trainings for trainers and contributed to research and writing articles for a network of gender-practitioners, policy makers and academics.

Vic Klabbers

Vic Klabbers studied International Relations and Russian -and Eastern European Science at the University of Amsterdam. He specialised in International Political Economy and more specifically tregarding the economic and social development of 'The South'. As a student he was a student-member of the board of the faculty of International Relations. Together with Gerd Junne he wrote a study guide on International Relations at the UvA. Vic has lived in Moscow where he assisted in setting up the first private travelling agency. Currently he is the managing director of TNU, works mainly in Africa and India, and lives in Nairobi.
