Organisational conflict as organisational development
An international network of youth organisations faced challenges related to distribution of roles, accountability systems, ownership, responsibility and involvement of members in long-term strategic and participatory planning. Supported by , the network engaged in a research, dialogue and organisational development process which started in 2006 and continutes until the present. This process implied a survey among members, interviews to similar networks and organisations, regional and global meetings after which a new network structure has been implemented.
